Problem with main fan oven - electric

The fan assisted electric oven will cut out when using for longer periods of time or at high temperatures. The oven turns off ( including the fan ) and cannot be turned on again. All other functions on the cooker still operate ( e.g. the small oven ). Note that this is not the normal temperature control/regulation. This is a complete power cut out to the main oven. When left for 30 mins ot 1 hour the oven can be operated again. This happens at around 30 to 40mins at the highest temperature and takes longer at lower temperatures - making it difficult to cook the Christmas Turkey! Th
